Lead implementation projects for partners within Core and Growth verticals, ensuring integrations are delivered on schedule and aligned with partner expectations
Build and manage detailed implementation plans that outline milestones, dependencies and deliverables across internal teams.
Identify and proactively resolve risks that could impact partner activation timelines.
Engage with customers at all levels and stages of the customer lifecycle and ensure they successfully implement TNS critical functions.
Manage projects specifically focusing on the scope of work, deliverables, tasks and due dates.
Communicate with clients to inform them about project progress, resolve issues and address client concerns and/or requests.
Build credible and personalized relationships at multiple levels across functional departments within the customer supply chain.
Facilitate training through product demonstrations. Conduct regular business reviews to uncover new opportunities, increase sales, retain and grow the business.
Establish and maintain client relationships. Validate business requirements and planned flow of funds to sell creative solutions aligned with customer needs.
Understand complex business portfolio problems, visualize client internal systems and technology, and map customer goals and objectives to Prime Trust solutions.
Ability to establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, and business process diagrams.
Make customer portfolio recommendations that drive long-term, high ROI solutions. Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan (Target $3m, Actual $3.3m).
Develop custom demonstration sites (POCs) to acquire SMB (small/medium business) clients while achieving company goals to grow targeted customer base.
Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations explaining the shopper and client experience of our API based and hosted checkout solutions to both business and technical users.
Provide customer portfolio support by troubleshooting technical problems. Assist with technical documentation for product installation/administration and client training.
Reduced average client implementation duration from 6 months to 30 days; while delivering gross profit margin of 60%.
Develop and facilitate education workshops for regional offices (keynote speaker for CX Platform boot camp for German, UK, and Taiwan offices).
